  I am an independent career that delivers car parts to different shops around town Little Germany has extremely friendly service and the staff always has a smile whenever I walk into their stop would you like seven times a day if you ever need anything done these guys will go out of their way to help you

  Excellent Service and support provided - had a problem - last minute call with great response - CHRIS checked and make a room for checking the problem - found the issue - repaired for a very reasonable final cost - very friendly and supportive team - highly recommend the shop AC

  The guys here are wonderful, the lady at the front is sweet and caring. I love Chris! He reminds me much of my dad.This will be the ONLY place I take my mini for service.

  This little workshop is very personable and competent. They work with the customer to insure you are getting everything that you need. They do great work and their prices are as good as any. The staff are friendly and efficient, the mechanics are highly competent and flexible and the advice given is top-notched! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a mini (as I had). The work was quickly done, the mechanic actually called me when he said he would and I felt welcome there at every visit. I love Little Germany!!

  I have come to Little Germany for over 40 years because it provides professional and friendly service that you can count on. The new service manager, Chris Bawgus is a worthy successor to David Lansing. He is more than just a service manager, but a friend whom I can depend upon for advice and assistance with my any BMW problems that I may have. Great service and fair prices keep me coming back.
