This place has horrible customer service, they open at 10:30 so I call at that time, they don't answer the phone at all, when I get there she says the number didn't change. Then instead of having "hot-n-ready" pizzas available, the wait is 15minutes. Will not be coming back.

Tastes great when you pick it up. The only problem is, the Hot-N-Ready is NEVER ready. There always seems to be a wait for anything. Again, fresh pizza is great but please live up to the name!

This is place is horrible. I had been here twice and both times had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for pizza. The first time i had gone they were busy and could only apologize for the wait. Uhm hello its called hot and ready for a reason. Not to mention them trying to sell people cheese pizza that had been sitting for awhile. Second time i was told 15 minutes for 3 pizzas. Well there were 4 or 5 people that came after i did and they were being handed pizza left and right and i was told after 20 minutes that one of my pizzas was made wrong so i had to wait another 10 minutes. My total wait time was 35 minutes. Not having pizzas up and ready seems to be a trend at this location and all they are getting is angry customers due to their sloppiness. I had seen many people walk out snd many people leave unhappy due to their orders being messed up.

I'm not a fan of Little Caesars pizza, but when someone else buys, it tastes just a little bit better, haha!! I like the cheese inside the crust pizza and I really like the pretzel crust pizza!! But, of course those are the limited time specials 😒.

My husband and I live relatively close and have stopped in many times to pick up pizza when we don't feel like cooking, we've been sold multiple burnt/dried up pizza's that had been sitting too long waiting to be sold, The last time we went in though at about 8:15 p.m. after I had gotten off of work, we waited 15 minutes to order a "hot and ready $5 pizza" which was "ready" but defiantly NOT done! It was like the dough was raw or missing an ingredient, it was gooey/soggy and flat/thin. I called them after opening up the pizza, I explained the situation and the woman that answered the phone goes "What do you want me to do about that", at that point I was pissed. We literally got raw pizza, and she offered no solution, only a question. So I asked if there was any way we could come back a little later as we have animals that we need to tend to first (we live in an apartment and have to take them out potty) and she goes "the only way we can do anything is if you come back now and show us the pizza". I told her, I can't do that right now and it's wrong because there are people that would have to drive 10+ minutes just to get a replacement. She replied "I can't do anything then.", I asked to speak to the manager and she said "they're busy", so I asked for her name and she said "I can't give that out". So I finally asked her, so how are we going to solve this and she goes "I don't know, I told you the options". So I finally gave up after having a rough day at work and not wanting to deal with more attitude (I work the customer service booth at a store and deal with the attitude she was giving me from customers all day) so I finally said, "Fine, just check all your pizza's and tell your "cooks" to make sure they're all fully done when being sold." And she hung up on me. To say we haven't been back since is a huge give in.
