  New staff since the last few months, have been God awful. Forgets orders constantly! You need to be proactive with this place which is sad because YOU are paying. Just expect when coming here they might not have your order ready....

  Hot and ready, well its always hot but never ready. I always have to wait for pizza to be made. Which i really dont mind. Would rather wait for fresh pizza than buy an old pizza.

  I Ordered my pizza ahead of time thinking that it was going to be faster! The “Hot n Ready” deal is never ready! I know that there’s a lot of kids that work there and I think that it’s great but there’s got to be some kind of adult supervision in there! I’ve gone there several different times and all the kids look like they’re running around trying to figure out who’s pizzas are ready and who is still waiting. I’m really disappointed with this location! management really needs to step in! And please get the kids to put on hair nets I hope that this location improves....

  We order our food online and are still waiting 40 minutes later. Ill never order here again. People are walking in and getting pizza faster.

  How does a place that is always busy never have anything ready? I get it.... you do t want to waste food. It's 6:30pm. How is it if they have literally 9 people (all waiting) are they only cooking to order? The freaking pizza is called 'Hot and Ready' I have yet to see it ready. They should change the name to "we will cook it when you order it" someone else said to just call ahead. I have done this and they still had not begun cooking my pizza until I had paid. The pizza is not good enough to wait. I'm literally driving up the street to NY Pizza. If I have to wait 15 minutes I will do it will do so while driving to get pizza that is better. The price isn't not that much different. I only stop here to avoid waiting. Yet that has never happened. Fast food sucks but it's fast... if it's slow why eat it? My 2 cents.
