After a long day of swimming with the kids at the pool some simple Pizza sounded like a great Idea for dinner. So I ordered and paid on line so that I could have my son walk in and get it so I wouldn't have to get out the car in my bathing suite. We arrive and I park in front of the doors expecting for my son to be able to run in and out quickly. ( We were 5 mins past the pick up time) So I can see my son check the kiosk oven thing's and there was nothing in there. So he walks back to the car and I tell him to yell for someone cause there HAS to be someone in the store so he yells I can See it all from the car cause I'm parked 5 Feet away from the front door and no one answers him so he turns and shrugs his shoulders. So I walk in there In my Bathing suit Just in time to hear a female yell at my son VERY rudely "I said hold on" by this time it is close to 15 mins past our pick up time. So she with much attitude storms to the front and instead of handing the pizza to my son or myself slams it in the oven so we have to put in the code or whatever and get it out the other side. This would have been fine but I had ordered 2 pizza's and a crazy bread with the sauce. Before I could even tell her she storms back to the back causing us to have to holler for her and I know she can hear us because I can see her threw the cracks of the wall or whatever it is. and she pretends like she cant hear us so I yell again and nothing then again and nothing. So finally I screamed "EXCUSE ME" and she storms to the front and replies WHAT? I tell her we ordered another pizza and a crazy bread with the sauce she walks to the back slaps the first pizza she sees in a box and brings it to the front. It was the wrong pizza but by this time I was so over this Little Caesars and I will ever go back. I am pretty sure the workers are hiding in the back and doing some kind of drugs, Rude to my 13 year old son, and cant even get the order correct. And to top it all off we got home and the pizza dough on the bottom was COMPLETELY RAW! We threw it away and ordered Hungry Howies Now they are awesome.

Standard Little Caesars Pizza. They do have a drive thru window tho. That's pretty cool.

I don't know what happened to this place. You used to be able to come in a get a pizza and get out. Worst case scenario, if there was a wait, there would be an honest ETA. Last 3 times I've gone in, I've been told a 10-15 minute wait. Fine, that's a reasonable amount of wait time to make a 7 minute pizza. All 3 times have been over 20, today being 23 minutes and it wasn't busy. Only 1 waiting customer when I got there, 5 others come and go while I wait. At this point 16 minutes have gone by and the front of the store is empty. I can clearly hear the workers in the back laughing, listening to music, talking about their nights before. 8 more minutes and finally more order is brought to the front. I can appreciate the pizza being "fresh out of the oven"; but why did it take so long, and why wasn't I offered an apology for the longer than given ETA until after I complained? Why wasn't I told it would it be a few more minutes after the elapsed ETA or offered something, anything for the inconvenience? Even a sincere apology would have made all the difference. You had so many chances to make the bad experience right, but your staff just didn't care enough to keep this customer. For the 2 dollar price difference from your competition, Ill take my future business elsewhere.

I’ve never gotten food poisoning from pizza before, but I sure did from this one. The toppings were really well done, but the dough was almost raw - on the bright side, that made it easier on my throat.

I got to the location shortly after they opened and had a special order so I needed to wait. I never have a problem waiting. I also work in a pizza restaurant but on the other side of town so I know it takes time to make and cook a special order. The gentlemen working this morning were great, even coming out to the lobby keeping me informed on my special order. You have some great people working for you. Thank you for a great experience today Paul
