  I started off with the 30 day free trial and the coaching staff and program were so great i had to continue. I've been there for over 2 months now and I know I'm going to continue with the program for a long time. The facility is great, the coaches are outstanding and the other students/athletes are amazing. The coaches really give great instructions and personal aid to those that need it. I will continue here until I reach my ultimate goal of becoming a black belt and with the coaching of the staff I'm certain that i will.

  Out of all the gyms I've been to, ATT by far yet is the best gym I've been to! Excellent coaches that are willing to help you fulfill your goals and all, willing to push people to become not only a better fighter, however also a better person in general. Not one complain about this gym, the atmosphere is great and we all treat each other like family. I would BEST recommend this gym to anyone who finds interest into martial arts.

  American Top Team Franklin Square is an amazing martial arts school for many reasons. The coaches are skilled and experienced—they do a fantastic job at creating a challenging and motivating atmosphere. The facility is very impressive, conducive to workouts, and kept clean. The curriculum presented is cohesive, yet extensive; I learn something new during every class. I love training here- it’s an ideal place to become the fighter you want to be.

  America Top Team Franklin Square is by far the best gym I have trained at. Right when you step through the door you are greeted personally and given a tour of the gym and put into an intro class in order to learn the basics of the discipline. At this gym unlike many others you get a sense of solidarity and you truly feel like you are part of a team when you train here. You can tell that the coaches legitimately care about you as a person and your progress as an athlete whatever your goals may be. They definitely are not in it solely for the money. If you're thinking about training for general fitness then you will have a great workout doing crossfit or hitting pads. If you are interested in self defense then you will learn the proper way to defend yourself and partake in live sparring at a level that you feel comfortable with. If you plan on competing then be prepared for some of the hardest practices you will have in your life. I cannot say enough good things about this gym, give it a try and see if it's a good fit for you.

  I have been going to American Top Team for about a year and I can say that it was the best decision I have ever made. As soon as you walk in, the people at the front desk greet you and help you with any problems you may have. The coaching staff is amazing. They are full of knowledge and are very approachable. If you join, your fellow teammates will be very friendly and are always willing to help, whether it’s spending time after class to help practice a move or giving tips on your technique.
