  Don’t ever use this company!!!! They have given us the run around for months in trying to obtain a simple CPAP mask for my husband!! Always say they will call back but rarely do. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business. Staff is rude and don’t know what they are doing.

  Horrible. They will tell u differ story everytime u call. Sorry if u choose to try these people. Even office manger was HORRIBLE....

  Worst medical supply place I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Every time I call them they give me the same reply "The person handling your account is not available." No progress was ever made to get my supplies. Every person I talked to there was always needlessly rude the minute I pushed for more info or to find out if there was anything I could do to expedite the process. They would always say they would have someone call me back, however, never once did they call me. I waited over 2 months for supplies and still nothing, even after multiple calls to this location and corporate. They eventually just blamed my insurance but I called my insurance and they actually suggested I use someone else if this company wasn’t getting me the supplies. I switched companies and had all of the new patient set up done and supplies in hand within 2 weeks. There are a lot of medical supply companies in the DFW area I wholeheartedly suggesting picking a different one.
