  Very unprofessional unreliable company. They do not answer their phone, which is a mobile phone by the way. Furthermore, when you do get in contact with them, it is only because they received a miss call from you. Oh, and from the moment you mention that you are using Groupon, they don't return your calls, nor do they return your messages. If you can't offer a future client your business, you need to say so instead of just ignoring them. P.S. I am pretty sure this happens all the time to future clients.

  I inquired late last night about a 7 a.m. ride this morning from Arlington to Logan. Got a quick quote and scheduled it a few minutes. Driver arrived 10 min. early, was quite courteous, and paid full attention to driving the entire time (no messing with phone or anything besides driving). Got us there in near record time for this trip (25 min.), despite it being rush hour, without doing anything questionable or worrisome. This will be my go to service from now on.

  I used this service for my senior prom with a group of my friends, and it was the best! Our driver was polite and even though we took extra long, he didn't charge us extra! Will definitely use in the future!
