::Dr Grayson, took the time to assess and consult with me in a relaxed informed manner. I never felt pressure to make a decision and the advice given was fully explained with pros and cons of each option without bias toward a procedure that would generate more revenue for the business. In fact, Dr. Grayson eventually recommended the procedure with the lesser economic benefit for his office (but indicated by best practice). If you want a healthcare experience where the practitioner is not clock watching, trying to churn through as many appointments/procedures as possible, I highly recommend Dr. Grayson. I cannot vouch for the other endodontists at this location, but I can fully recommend Dr. Grayson and his treatment philosophy based on what’s best for the client not for what’s most profitable (but ultimately deleterious) for the business.

::I,Mann use the same email address with my husband Won. My primary dentist said I needed root canal. Dr. Saini treated my tooth 2 times last year, Sep.and Oct. She was OK. After that I went back to general dentist to have Crown last Dec. But Dr. said I need to have Implant instead of Crown. I should not, need not to have Root Canal. I was so shocked. Why Dr. Saini did not know as a Endodontics specialist. ??? that I needed Implant instead of Root Canal ??? I spent $1800 Insurance and cash for Root Canal. When I started to have Implant treatment my insurance pay much much smaller amount on the same tooth.

::TL;NR: DON'T GO! Referred by my primary dentist, I was expected to get root canal at here. The front desk is awful. She was repeatedly talking non-sense (not direct answers or suggestions) to my questions. They claimed that it took insurance company more than two weeks to get pre-estimate but they never actually submitted the quote to my insurance company. My insurance company confirmed that it took one day to send out pre-estimate as soon as they got application. They left my untreated open and let me in pain. They kept "encouraging" me to come and take their treatment without pre-est (it is risky because you don't know whether they take your insurance or the amount they file to. your insurance company will be accepted). Later on, it took a week and many follow-up emails to get x-ray I took at their clinic. Plus, my friend was referred to this endo and got same dentist for. root canal. The dentist gave us exactly "same" diagnosis!!! "X-RAY is hard to see the root and a 430 bucks 3D scanning may be needed (only after starting treatment they can tell), which is not covered by insurance company!" How possible two people can have two teeth at different places happen to be hard cases. We finally went. to Boston Endo, RECOMMEND!

::Having had this appointment, which was very efficient by Dr. Marielena Ganboa-Ruiz for a root canal for which I’ve had many. Her care was exceptional and her ability to anesthetized the tooth was phenomenal. The result of the root canal was perfect.

::I am so happy I was sent to your office for a possible root canal procedure. Your office was kind to take me the same day because I was in pain. Dr Greyson was wonderful , thorough with his exam and explanation of the problem. His conservative approach of evaluating my tooth over a few days to see if a root canal was absolutely needed, made me feel that he was putting my health interest above anything else. I will recommend your office to anyone I know in need of endodontic care. Thank you for your care!
