  The worst nail experience. The lady who did my nails don’t know anything about nail art, I wanted pointy nails an I got crooked nails. All bulky and the polish got ruin as soon as I got to my car. They give you an unnecessary massage. I feel like they should ask if you want a massage before giving one. They don’t offer water. No TV to watch so the 2 hours while watching her doing my nails was the most boring anxious time of my life. Plus the nails weren’t how I really wanted. Ugh

  Everyone working there is very nice. The problem...they are understaffed. Often there is only 1 manicurist working and I have had to wait even though I had an appointment. Unlike other nail salons I've used, they do not use newly cleaned tools for each customer, so hygiene is an issue.

  $105 for a terrible pedicure and fill with shellac. Do NOT go here. I'm sure the people with positive reviews are employees or friends. Terrible. My polish is chipping after 5 days. Unbelievable,
