  LIFW is more than a "gym" - it's a fitness family where everyone is invested in your overall health. The trainers are the best I've worked with, the owners are onsite and the support from everyone is amazing - and it all shows in the results. Cannot say enough about the impact LIFW has had on my overall fitness and well-being! Love this place.

  This place is the REAL DEAL!! If you are looking to get in the best shape of your life, Long Island fitness and wellness is the place you want to be! There something about the environment, the people that go there and the trainers that make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and they motivate you through each work out that you just won’t get anywhere to else. I’ve been a part of many gyms in the past, and I have not got the results I’ve wanted until I came to here. I could honestly say that I’ve met some of the greatest people and I’m lucky enough to call them my friends!

  LIFW is the best gym around! I've been a member for many years and it feels like a family. The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating! They care about your specific goals and help you achieve them in the best way suited for you. The classes are fun and each day is different so you will never be bored. They offer small classes as well as personal training. I've also learned allot about nutrition. I know there are allot of gyms to choose from, but this is unlike any around its truly a wonderful place to come each day and feel great!

  LIFW is not your average "gym"...it's WAY better. It's place where you feel like family. Excellent & knowledgeable trainers and exciting small group classes. LIFW brings their clients together to achieve amazing results through teamwork, motivation, drive and challenging every fitness level. Every time that you go to LIFW you will always find friendly faces and a challenging and fun workout!

  LIFW is the best gym I've ever joined. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated (and motivating), and awesome people to be around. They are eager to help and will take time with you. They understand the results you are striving for and they will get you there and further, all while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and the diverse workouts get you results. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. There's just a great energy in this place. I would recommend LIFW to anyone from the beginner to the elite athlete.
