  I know the phrase "this changed my life" gets thrown around a lot these days (I know you loved that brunch, but has it really changed your life forever?), but Ryan quite literally did change my life. It's safe to say I've never been much for working out, or very fitness oriented in general (though I'll climb any hill for the right donut), but somehow Ryan's small group training class ended up being one of the most challenging AND fun things I've ever done. Even from irregular participation I saw changes in my body, stamina, and strength within just 5 or 6 classes. I'm so excited to get back to them once my one year old allows me to sleep for more than 4 hours a night! Ryan's life coaching, however, is what really kicked my ass in to gear and gave me a clarity and confidence I didn't have before I started with him. I honestly imagined I didn't have to kind of ambition necessary for life coaching, but Ryan taught me that life coaching is about so much more than helping someone find a career. He is so kind, gentle, and encouraging, but he also really asks the tough questions that get you thinking (and believing!) "why haven't I done the things I've really wanted to with my life? I do deserve to be inspired, passionate, and excited about getting up every day." Ryan truly helps you see your own potential. In the most funny, down-to-earth, and real way he inspires you to dream big and believe in the possibility of really making them happen. He engages fully with each person he interacts with, and through the power of really feeling seen and believed in, you begin to really see and believe in yourself. Ryan is truly a gift to the world and I feel so grateful to get to work with him and be inspired by his enthusiasm and huge heart!

  Amazing ! Mind body spirit Ryan has a special gift to connect with the clients. And he not hard to look at either

  I was looking for a personal trainer or a boot camp versus the typical gym class experience where you feel herded in and out and if you are lucky get a glance from the instructor. Lifted couldn't be a more different experience- it incorporate elements from multiple disciples and pushes you while being adaptable for everyone taking the class. It was an amazing experience that I intend to share with my friends and if you are looking for something different to challenge you physical while getting the attention you need this would be the place to go.
