  Dr. Seltzer has been extremely effective in helping me recover from several injuries. He is very diligent, professional and creates a great environment. I was always given a thorough explanation of why the effected areas were in pain and how to prevent such injuries in the future. He was also able to provide me with a plan to work from home and continue my progress. There has been a noticeable difference in how I feel and my mobility since starting at Lifestyle. I’m finally able to get back to all athletic activities.

  The best Physical Therapist I have been to! I have had trouble in the past sticking with PT - due to scheduling issues, wait time for appointments, and overall experience with other offices/therapists. None of these are issues at Lifestyle Physical Therapy. Making an appointment is super easy, especially with their hours of operation, and there is NEVER a wait time when you arrive for your appointment. Matt is super friendly and knowledgeable and makes the entire process painless (literally). I started going here after I broke my ankle and did not hesitate to continue going when I needed to be seen for back problems. If you are in need of PT, this is the place to go!

  Dr. Seltzer helped me with three separate injuries to the shoulder, elbow and calf. He thoroughly examined each one, set up clear regimens for each, and monitored my progress. When I gave updates and feedback, he listened carefully and made adjustments accordingly. He was open, friendly, and inspiring as he helped me on my road to recovery. His facility is up-to-date, clean, spacious, with great hours for appointments, and conveniently located near the major Times Square subway hub. I thoroughly trust his expertise, and as long as he's in practice, he's the therapist I'm going to see.

  Exceeded my highest expectations! The office is clean and really nice with great equipment and tons of space. Office is also really conveniently located to a lot of subways, really easy to get to. Appointment times are flexible and have times on Saturday too, which helped with my work schedule. Abby, the secretary, is wonderful and super helpful in all questions appointments and insurance wise. The experience with her is completely painless. Dr.Seltzer is amazing! Very attentive and totally concentrated on helping the patient. I went in with extremely bad leg pain and after a few sessions the leg pain was gone and he was able to find the source of my pain. I am really happy I went to him, nice to go to a doctor who really cares!

  I cannot recommend lifestyle physical therapy enough. From my first visit I felt well taken care of by Dr Seltzer. He is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. He does everything he can to explain everything and to make you feel at ease. The office is very clean and spacious. I highly recommend this office and Abigail at the front desk is helpful, professional and great. If there was an award for best physical therapist in the city, Dr Matthew Seltzer would get my vote hands down.
