  I came to Lifespan Physical Therapy after having elbow surgery to regain my full strength and functionality of my arm which I need for my daily computer job. I’ve seen Dr. Nidhi Gupta and the word amazing is not enough to describe how good she is. She has been instrumental on the recovery of my elbow, she has also treat me for back pain. The best thing is that she teaches you exercises and techniques to do in at home to make your overall body balance better instead of applying temporarily reliefs. In the office I’ve have also noticed how Dr. Neha Mehta helps her patients to get full recovery. Dr. Neha has also give me some tips to implement at home which are very helpful. Dr. Gupta and Dr. Mehta, both take over 45 minutes with each patient. I believe this makes a big difference on the success of the treatment. They both show a lot of caring for their patients.

  Nidhi was such a fantastic physical therapist! I went in at the age of 21 with intense back pains and spasms. She was very informative in letting me know what issues I had muscle wise on my back, dedicated time into the massages she gave that helped me leave there feeling brand new, and educated me on exercises to do at home to strengthen my back muscles and help with the pain while I wasn't physically with her. 10/10 suggest this physical therapy place!

  I cannot thank Neha enough for taking care of me after my hip replacement. She taught me so many valuable exercises and was so good at "hands on"; but most important of all she really cared about my recovery. Moreover ... we had a lot of fun!! If ever I need physical therapy again this is the FIRST place I would go. Thank you!!
