  I called to simply get pricing questions answered. I was wondering how much it would cost to properly recycle my e-waste items. The person who spoke with me was evasive, did not answer my questions and was rude. I advised him that I cared about how the e-waste was handled and tried to ask questions. The person told me the information was available on-line. I advised him that I could not find it. He the said have a good day and hung up the phone on me. I hope that they are more professional concerning their ecological footprint then they are at customer service. For all I know based upon the contact that I had with them they could be sending their e-waste to third world countries.

  I just spoke with an individual there and was informed that they do not sell individual parts to the general public. This was after being informed that they did, and being misled by a Google search pertaining to "Used PC parts sales Omaha"
