  Lifecare Solutions did not have the product which was ordered by the doctor. The product would offer mobility for my husband following his surgery. They did not offer any timeline, whether it would be days or weeks. Quite rudely I was told to wait until they call me. It would be 3 1/2 weeks later that I would receive the call...with no apologies. I would not deal with this company if I had a choice. I am definitely going to write my insurance company.
