  Went to purchase scrubs for the first time. Aisha was on the phone and had customers in line, but still greeted me and asked if I needed any help. She found outfits that she thought I may like (which I did). When it was time to check out, they had a problem with the CC machine, and although she was on hold, the person on there other end of the phone was giving her a hard time, and people were in line, she was still very patient, kind, and helpful. Ill definitely be back soon!

  I arrived after one of those days. Jennifer greeted me upon entering and helped me find the items I needed. I was there by myself and needed a second opinion- Arlene was able to help me find matching and proper fitting scrubs. Racquel rang me up and was so just so kind and thoughtful! Definitely an awesome experience and will recommend to everyone I know!

  I’ve been an RN for five years now and have gotten most of my scrubs from here. The other day, I walked in, right away Raquel asked what I was looking for. Within minutes she was handing me exactly what I had asked for. Her and Aisha were at my beckoning call throughout the whole store visit. Raquel even handed me a paper towels when I complained to my mom about my makeup looking terrible. They don’t know me as anything but a customer and yet treated me almost like family. I don’t think it’s just pure luck that customer service has been on point the twenty times I’ve stepped foot in this store. I’ve never had a complaint.

  Terrible experience. I purchased a pair of pants here and I was told if I wanted to return them without a tag within 90 days I wouldn't have a problem. Not even 2 days later I decided to return them because the pants were too long on me and the women at the cash register told me she won't return it for me because she saw the tags weren't attached and considered them used.

  Absolutely horrible experience and it just kept getting worse! The lady originally helping me was kind, but had a very difficult time navigating whatever computer system the store uses. First she had trouble simply ringing up my items (she was very apologetic which I appreciated, I work in retail too! I understand those system can be confusing!) The issue was the manager! Shoving away the cashiers hand, scolding her for not knowing which button to press, extremely rude and inconsiderate of both the cashier and myself (it was very uncomfortable how the manager was treating the cashier). Second I had to place an order for a pair of shoes and this became a 30 minute event for no reason! Both the cashier AND manager continued to bicker in front of me, I had to repeat my address, the shoe size, telephone number, ect. 5+ times simply because one of them would ask me a question and then become preoccupied with something else therefore having to ask me the same question again! If I wasn't in a rush to receive what I needed I would've 110% gone somewhere else. The manager and cashier were completely clueless to the fact that they were both providing horrible customer service. Additionally, I paid for shipping and of course they DID end up placing the wrong order! And then expected me to just come pick up the correct size because now they had them in the store! This is the "brief" explanation of my experience at Life Uniform in Paramus, very frustrating. I DO NOT recommend this place at all and how the manager is a MANAGER is shocking.
