  I went in looking for shoes. I was assisted right away and encouraged to try them on and “walk in them like you would at work.” Which was great advice! My salesperson even helped me look for all the patterns and colors in my size, just to be thorough. And she made sure to let me know which we’re on sale. I was also encouraged to wear them at home and walk in them and if I needed to return or exchange them, she let me know it was ok as long as I didn’t wear them to work and get wear/tear on them so they could sell them in the future. Which I think is very reasonable. In today’s day and age, I think people would expect to get an exchange or refund regardless of the condition of the item. Otherwise, the shop is well stocked with scrubs in a variety of colors and patterns and shapes. They have two dressing rooms to try them on too. Overall, exactly what I needed.

  UPSET AT HAVING TO GIVE THEM ONE STAR TO BEGIN WITH, THEY DESERVE ZERO! I had a very horrible experience with this store, I purchased my items on the website, and my items did not fit. Knowing that I could go into the store and exchange the items there, I made time out of my busy schedule to go in rather then return through mail. Well, that was a very bad choice for one there employees are very rude, unprofessional and impatient.The first attempt was a fail the young gal was unable to help whatsoever, wanted me to pay the difference and made several phone calls to her manager who he himself couldn't walk her through the process. There website clearly says PRICE MATCH GUARANTEED!! well I was asked to come on another occasion. I left very upset because I didn't know when I could return for a second time with my schedule and I needed my items ASAP for work. The second time I went in there, There was an older lady named Brenda who helped me out. She was able to get me my scrubs but throughout the whole process was very impatient(making a comment that she had other customers to help) and rude. My 3 year old son was with me and was growing impatient and the lady just kept huffing and puffing because she was having to overwrite prices to match my online deals after arguing her when she tried to charge me the difference. Well After getting a call that my items where ready for pick up about two weeks or over(ridiculous amount of wait time!) My lab coat was still not in yet! Well after a week I call and ask about the shipping status OF MY LAB COAT and I speak with a gentleman there(MANAGER) well he tells me there is nothing under my name and that there is no history of anything being ordered for me, I told him who helped me etc etc. Very rudely he told me me there was no employee with that description and I had to bring my receipt. Well to make story short, this employee never gave me a receipt just gave me back my online invoice and said I'd get a Call when my coat arrived! Well Needless to say I'm left with out my lab coat! NEVER GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.

  The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go to their over priced store ever again. The company that I work for will be pulling their business from them as well. This company should seriously consider restaffing the entire store. Every employee I have dealt with in the past 3 months have absolutely no business working in customer service.

  I would have given 0 stars if given the option. Employees are very uneducated on their products & business practice. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered scrubs off their website and needed to exchange for a smaller size. The women Brenda tried to charge me more money stating I needed to pay the difference. When I argued with her stating I was only exchanging them she got angry & stated she needed to help other people and refused to finish helping me. I do not recommend this place.

  They lock their doors before they close. And as there is three people standing there looking at you like what doors are locked. Will NEVER try and go here again.
