  Every employee I've encountered has been friendly and professional as well as knowledgeable and willing to help. I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone who likes a clean and comfortable atmosphere

  Great Leadership Team! ...The same can't be said about the others...they say a picture is worth a million words...our 3rd floor lobby area....

  I have been a member since lifetime time open. The classes are great along with the instructors. However the aquatics department is HORRIBLE. My son has been swimming here since he was 2. According to the lifeguard and management he cannt be in the water (2ft 3in deep) without an adult being on deck. The management needs additional training and they need to hire better lifeguards. All the AMAZING swim instructors are no longer here. It’s quite disappointing. I will NOT recommend the aquatics center if you are looking to have your child learn to swim.

  The Facility is the best there is when comparing this to other fitness centers in areas such as equipment... in technology and quantity... which means less wait times at peak hours.... In cleanliness the facility is spotless. The amenities between the full service Spa... rehab center...and life cafe (which actually has tasty choices). There is just too much to list.. You have to experience it. But you better believe you are paying a premium for this. So if you are not going to be there at least a few times a week it's a pretty pricey choice. And as with all clubs... despite all that is included with your dues they will always try to sell you upgrades. This place is not for the budget conscience gym goer. Just as a interesting note, my first exposure to Lifetime Fitness was when I lived in Michigan... the Garden City Facility is considered a "Diamond Club"... I belonged to a "Gold Club" in Michigan... and Gold Clubs in Michigan have everything a "Diamond Club" has hear unless you have a few specific needs. Just as big... just as luxurious ... at a third of the price per month.... I guess you can thank your high real estate taxes for this. I am sure the club has a massive yearly tax bill.

  I love coming to yoga and cycle classes here. They are the best! I have had several personal training sessions with Katie. She has high energy and US super upbeat. I am exhausted after a session but in a few short weeks feel more comfortable in my body! The Life Spa us great too. Super friendly.
