  After having all of my worldly possessions shipped back to the States from Asia, I was prepared for this last step in the process to be as stressful as all of the others. However, Brock and his team made moving in and getting set up in my storage unit easier than I could have ever imagined. Mary and Jonathan were on the ground to make the entire experience an absolute joy or as much of a joy as moving can be. The entire experience from reserving the unit online, to Brock and Mary being flexible with my move-in date and making themselves available as needed, to the final step of moving my possessions into my storage unit, I could not have asked for a more professional and considerate team. I definitely recommend considering Life Storage if you're in need of a great team, convenient location (short walk from the 7 or a quick Uber / Juno ride from Manhattan), and top-notch facility.

  I had such a pleasant experience during my move in date. Brocke is a great employee. He made sure to answer all of my questions, he was very attentive and informative. I can say that I am really glad to have made a change from storage companies. This location has exceeded my expectations. Great staff, location and best rates!!! Really recommend.

  Super excellent I recommend this storage in all the senses the place is extremely excellent, very clean, very illuminated and especially Mary is an extremely professional person in her work, she is very kind, helps in everything so that our move is more relaxed and that gives us a family atmosphere, thank you very much Mary for all your help and support people like you are the ones that are needed as customer service, excellent in your work.

  Not only is the facility pristine, but the staff have been so incredibly helpful and accommodating every step of the way. I needed a fairly large space as the hub for my company's event infrastructure which was easily accessible to all 5 boroughs with long hours that didn't break the bank. We looked into several other facilities and nothing compared. We were able to sign a contract the very day I came in to check out a unit and Brock, the on-site manager, helped answer every one of my questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Every time I've been back since, it's been super easy to get in and out, my things feel safe and secure, and the staff on-duty has gone above and beyond to help me with anything I've needed.
