  Mandy is the best! She is a joy to talk to and she knows her stuff. The storage facility is very new, clean and spacious. If you are looking to store anything, don't look anywhere else than Life Storage

  Very friendly staff. Easy to move in and plenty of options to accommodate. The most convenient storage rental in Charlotte.

  Mandy was great. I live across the street from this storage place but initially didn’t even bother checking it out once I needed a storage unit because I assumed it would be a lot more expensive (considering it’s in uptown). Finally decided to check and it was a much better deal than the first two I looked at that were further away and not as nice. Mandy made the process quick, easy and entertaining. Helped me pick the right size, showed me how the lock worked, gave me a tour etc. I’d never used a storage unit prior and thought it would be a pain in the a*^ but it wasn’t at all! She really seemed to enjoy doing it. The place is also new, heated and cooled, has bathrooms/water fountains etc.

  Mary was wonderful, she works at another store primarily but she helped me out so much in this process while she was covering at this store and was as sweet as can be! Not to mention the units are clean, new and beautiful here. Great location!
