  Fantastic Custoemer Service I can highly recommend Life Storage @ Allen Street. This is a customer focused location and everything they do shows. They even let me ship my container bin to their location for easy pick up! Easily one of the best in the area, Full Stop.

  The store manager, Marcos, is outstanding. He is 100% customer focused and customer service oriented. He was very accommodating and flexible with our ever changing moving/storage needs. Highly recommended.

  I made an appointment to see Marcos about renting a storage room. He answered all my questions and his assistant Emerson showed me the space. I was not sure what size to rent but luckily Marcos the store manager guided me and recommended the perfect space size. I'm very happy I will be renting here from now on. I highly recommend everyone to rent a space in Lifestorage. If you have any questions. Marcos will answer them. Thank you Emerson and Marcos

  I actually went to this storage felicity to ask questions about prices etc and a man name Marcos helped me. He was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and showed me the storage units. I was very pleased with his customer service and will consider renting a unit there.
