  Went there got checked in by a Guy named Andre Jones..I believe. Awesome dude helped save tons of money and he was very informative. The location was clean and I feel very secure about my property being there. Thanks guys !

  I really enjoyed my experience. Andre was wonderful. Full of joy and laughs. Made my experience go by super easy and super smooth. Getting a unit was not an issue, plus I got a super great deal that even surprised Andre. He showed us units, and I was able to pick the unit of my choice. Andre was very professional and nice. Even though I came in minutes before 6, Andre didn't even notice and still took care of us. You can tell he really loves what he does. He also had me repeat my due date multiple times so I wouldn't forget, lol. I would recommend Life Storage and Andre to anyone who asks. Great experience overall.

  This is my first experience with a storage facility. I called ahead and a reservation was made for me with discounts applied. I was then emailed the application for my profile, so I did not have to fill it out in store. I walked in and was greeted by Maxine Crawford ( Store Manager). She immediately stopped what she was doing to assist me. Maxine found my profile and took me to see the unit I had applied for. I approved. Maxine picked out a lock for my storage for me with a lifetime warranty! She then provided me my insurance paperwork. I signed a few signatures and received my code and was on my way. All efficient enough for me to be early to work! I'll move my things in tomorrow! Great experience thus far! Thank you Maxine!

  Caleb was very helpful and pleasant. Didn’t expect to get such great customer service! He made sure I understood how everything works while making it quick and easy. Make him a manager if he isn’t one already!
