::I reserved online. Paper work wasn't started on their end. I called to set up a appt and the employer Fran gives me a time to which she didn't show. Claims she was on the property, as I repeatedly hit the call button on box outside I got no answer. I had decided to call and leave voice mail. She calls 30 mins later and talks to me as if I can't read the signs outside on the property. Once I showed up my husband had to talk to her because once she opened her mouth this sarcastic "I don't have time for u" attitude towards us I was gna lose it on her. Over all location is great Fran is just the WORST.

::This is my second year storing at this location. I am very pleased with the customer service I have received each time. Isla was so helpful and very friendly in helping me determine the best size storage room to meet my needs. The rates are reasonable and this location is perfect for me. From my experience I would highly recommend this location to friends and family.

::I was going to get a storage room here, but customer service was unusual to say the least. I hardly care about customer service since we can all have bad days, but there was something weird about this location. The lady who was helping me was quite relaxed, but very rude. It seemed as if this was her way of talking to people, and it was so toxic I had to leave.

::Isla or whatever. (The manager) talked me out of doing business here. I can see this facility from my home. Very convenient location for me. I was willing to pay more even the hidden fees just because of the location. I only went in to give her my money and sign but her hatefulness and rude comments talked me out of it. She made several sarcastic comments and laughed after hitting puddles on both sides of the road and splashing us. I have no idea what this lady is smoking but she should be fired immediately and go back to flipping burgers.
