  I have been going to this place since 2010 to take Hatha yoga. Regardless of the instructor it has always been a good class but my recommendation goes to Dani. The morning and afternoon classes are less filled than the evening ones which is expected but they always find a way to accommodate you. It's also nice that they have many classes through out the day and week to fit your schedule.

  I have been going to Life in Motion since I was a freshman in High School. I love the calm energy that fills the studio. Especially love that there are early class options, like 7:30am yoga; what an ideal way to start the day.
