  I visited your store today. It is located @ 2950 I-20 Frontage Rd #345, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. I attempted to exchange 2 unworn hats for 2 other hats and was met with several obstacles. The manager on duty Torey wouldn't provide an even exchange on the items due to a coupon that was used during the original transaction. He informed me that the computer would not allow him to process an even exchange of items. After several failed attempts to resolve the exchange I asked for a refund of the items and again was met with obstacles. The manager proceeded to tell me that no refunds are given on clearance items. I read over my receipt aloud and couldn't confirm this information nor could I see anything on my receipt that would have informed me that I was buying clearance items. After realizing that our conversation was going nowhere, I asked to have the contact information of his district and or his regional manager. I was denied the contact information of both. I made sure to record video evidence of the encounter, but the video file is too large to upload to your website. I would like the contact information of this associate's superior to ensure a formal complaint is filed. Furthermore I would like to exchange the hats for hats that cost the same dollar amount and not be charged additional money.

  The staff is really rude and the don't wanna help you or even be there in general. I asked them a question and then bought my hat and they didn't wanna ring me up they kept talking with each other

  They got all your sports team great. They even have a great stock of throwback jerseys for baseball and football. Daryll Strawberry and Bo Jackson in the same store? Yes!
