  This is by far the worst lids store I've ever been to. We purchased 2 hats and wanted them embroidered in the usual font we embroider hats in. They flat out refused and tried to say all lids are only doing certain fonts for the holidays. We left and took the hats to the lids in the parks mall where they happily embroidered them for us. This lids could learn from the guys in arlington!

  Rude and ignorant sales associate! Had a hat in hand to purchase and due to the lack of help and rudeness, put on the counter and left! If your employees do not want to deal with the public, don't hire them! I have bought well over $500.00 on hats in this place...NEVER AGAIN!

  Store is fine. Guy seemed friendly. Kiosk by food court is terrible. Have twice tried to send me to the store for an item I've ordered online without really looking to see that they actually had it. Store good. Kiosk bad.
