  Dropped all information off at 22nd St location on 2/28/18 with Mr. XX. He called to let me know what I was still missing paperwork to complete this year's taxes. He called on 3/5/18 to let me know that the taxes are ready for pickup and what the payment is going to be. I walked into the office on 3/7 (2 day's later) to pay and pick up my taxes. The lady went back twice to look for my taxes with my ID in hand. The supervisor finally came out of the office the first question was why was I getting a paper return because I didn't have an IRS pin number? but that was in the file he had in his hand. so my "Answer" Because I asked for paper return and was informed the cost of $35 to do paper return. I asked if I could pay and get my paper tax return. Supervisor informed that he didn't have it :( and would not be at this location until the next day. :( :( So this office calls me and tells me that my taxes are ready (NOT) to show up and have to wait one day because someone has to review them. :("NOT READY":( if Mr XX would have said I need a day so I can print/review them and you have to pay before I do this. Well I wouldn't be writing this now ... I will be posting the all over my FB and anywhere I can find a place to post :(

  I had a great experience with Liberty Tax. They were very helpful and had great customer service.
