  I've worked with Liberty Party Rental for over 3 years on many types of events--5 Stars all the way! Staff is fantastic and always helpful to make each and every event beyond expectations!

  Do not count on prompt pickup. I was given a timeframe of 8-11 and here I sit at 1pm waiting for "another couple of hours". I was told by the customer service and hour ago that they would arrive "within the hour" only to be called 45 minutes later by the driver and told it would be "another couple of hours" Once they get here it will be at least an hour of load out. They will have wasted my entire day. Doesn't seem like they value their customers.

  I have used them for my events and never had a problem. Everything went just as planned from start to finish. And the rentals were perfect!

  I must convey to you our extreme pleasure in dealing with you and all of the delivery and pick up personnel of Liberty Party Rental. First of all, we were extremely impressed with your ability and desire to help us with such a short reservation period after our original rental plan was interrupted. Secondly, the professionalism and courtesy with which you and Julia assisted me in my distress was so very comforting and gracious. Thirdly, we found your pricing to be not only comparable, but highly favorable to our budget concerns and the quality and depth of rental options complimented your pricing. Lastly, but certainly not least, the care and concern with which your delivery and pick up personnel handled every detail provided for a stress free turn around for our event. The delivery personnel arrived earlier than expected, took great care in wiping down all 280 chairs before leaving, and graciously addressed our concerns for spacing. The pick up team was equally professional and timely. Our experience with Liberty Party Rental was nothing short of exceptional on all sides. Please pass on our extreme satisfaction. We will be sure to refer and to remember you for future events.
