  Just leased my second Lexus from them. The customer service is excellent. A great selection of cars to choose from, and a good service department as well.

  Sherwin was very attentive and the manager Rich sealed the deal. Very happy the Total experience was handled very efficiently .I would highly recommend the dealership

  They cheated me 800.00! We put a deal together on paper, the fiance guy added a substantial amount of money to the loan and had me sign everything. Did the math when I arrived home to find the sale price and extras did not add up to the loan amount. They did send a check back to make up the difference, after first offering to only pay half. After threatening to call the state to file a compliant they finally offered all the money back. Make sure you do the math and add up the sale totals and check against financing, sad to think you can not trust a Lexus dealer to do the math. 2nd issue, the Cheap Chinese wheel locks made changing a flat tire and all day affair with a lot of expense added to a simple flat tire.

  We purchased /gave a deposit for a car on March 1st. Our salesman knew the reason we are purchasing a car is because ours was totalled...so we are a family of 5 with only one car. Well today is the 12th and we still have no car. Excuse after excuse. So why sell a car if you know you are not prepared to allow delivery.Especially since you are well aware of the circumstances of a family purchasing thus car. Many calls to various managers with no resolution. We asked for a loaner car, we were told no. No-one calls us to give updates. Complete nightmare. I would never expect this from a Lexus dealership nor would I ever recommend doing business with this dealership.

  I just brought home a used 2014 ES350 from this dealership. My sales representative, Mr. Domenic Plati, was by far the most informative & courteous sales representative that I’ve ever met. I’ve bought many cars in my past and I’d rate this purchase by far most comfortable and smooth car buying experience EVER. Thank you very much Domenic and Danny for making this experience so pleasurable.
