  Has a fantastic selection and nice staff but the upper east side prices are kinda absurd

  Called asking a very simple question about drawer slides. The man who answered the phone was horribly rude and hung up on me after shouting "NO". I tried calling back 1minute later and they did not answer.

  Lived in the area for 11 years. Don't go to Home Depot. Do This store or a local mom & Pop shop. Local mom & pop shop and great service. Like being out of the city and getting the small town vibe. Also the owner in the front can chat about everything super chill spot.

  Best little hardware store on the east side. I absolutely love it here - they always have everything I need for my apartment. And if I cant find what I am looking for the owner has ordered it for me to come pick up at a later time. Really couldn't be happier - I highly recommend to anyone needing anything for their place!
