  Been going here for a couple of years with no problems. Been happy till today. This time I got my jet black jeans stitched on the lower legging and gave specific instructions to not wash the jeans because they will easily fade if you don't follow the special washing instructions. Come and pick them up to check the stitching and of course they washed them because of the noticeable fading marks and smell of a freshly laundered and pressed pair of jeans. I told the owner to smell them and he gave me the excuse that he has a cold and was sick. Owner's reaction was total lack of remorse or that they weren't laundered. I get it...mistakes happen. My instructions got lost in translation. It was the owner's response of not taking any responsibility or at least compensating me in any way. He just led me out the door. Really rude!

  Have been going here for seven years. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. They are honest about which areas might have issues.

  This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen, and they ripped my formal garment in multiple places. When I brought the dress to the manager/owner, he was extremely rude and blamed the damage on the me because "you got the stains on the dress in the first place," and they had to clean it so many times that it ripped. I asked why they did not talk to me about not being able to remove the stains and/or the new damage to the dress and he stated that they leave a note on the hanger explaining what happened. When I told him that there was no note, he stated that it must have fallen off and that thy can't take the time to talk to people about those kind of things. He said that the rips "we're not that big a deal." He said he could fix the dress for me, and I told him that I did not feel comfortable leaving the garment with them after they damaged it so badly and then did not talk to me about the damage. I asked for him to instead reimburse me for having it fixed at a tailor, and he responded by walking away mid conversation and saying no way. He refused to discuss the matter further and sat at his sewing machine ignoring me. Nice guy.

  Took in several sofa covers and it appears nothing was done to them. A very gentle wash cloth removed a smudge that appeared the same as when I took it in.. I'm mostly convinced I just paid $40 for them to hold some items for a day.
