  I came in with severely damaged hair. Allie is awesome, and made me feel comfortable. They worked with me and gave me an honest, realistic expectation on what needed to be done. It took a few appointments (even making adjustments to my formula), but now my hair is looking great! I feel like my hair is challenge, and Allie took it on like a champ. I will definitely be returning.

  Uri was absolutely amazing and so talented! I got complimented ALL day after he gave me a blow out and expertly applied my makeup. He was extremely knowledgeable and even taught me a few tricks! I would definitely recommend this salon!!!

  I’d recommend NOT going to Let Em Have It Salon. I went in to get my hair done and they turned it orange. I had to spend an extra two hours (total of four) for them to try and fix it. I was in a hurry to check out and the break down of the bill was not shown but instead said she would email it to me. The owner (who was checking me out) told me my bill was $175. When I later looked at the emailed receipt she charged me an extra $55 dollars for when they tried to correct the orange. When I called to ask why I was charged this and why didn’t she tell me my total was $230 not $175 before she charged my card, she never called back. Later, we were messaging and she was very snarky and rude and basically told me oh well, nothing we’re going to do about it, wish you luck finding another salon. I was very upset a business owner had such disregard for their customers. In conclusion, I paid and extra $55 dollars for it unknowingly. Very deceptive staff

  I went to Let Em Have It about a week ago, and my hair still looks and feels great! I went in with outgrown layers and not so happy hair, and no plan. From the moment the consultation started I felt very comfortable and knew the outcome would be great! my stylist tried something completely new with my hair, to make my everyday routine easier, and it has worked!! I am also a huge fan of them being a B Corp, and transparent about why they are one and the steps they take to be sustainable. I had a million questions about this from my own curiosity and everyone was candid and very knowledgable, which was so cool to see. Lastly, they have great products here, but I personally loved that they did not push them on me. The products were tailored to me, and when I said I wasn't ready to buy them today, they were okay with it, and even mentioned they'd make a note on my account in case I was every interested in those at a later date. I can't wait to go back!

  First, this is the most beautiful salon in the city!! Dani is an attentive and caring hair stylist, she's very thoughtful and listens to what you want. Her blondes are especially amazing! I love the personal attention I get from her and highly recommend both her and this salon!
