  My wife brought her Silverado in for routine oil change. Truck only had 48,000miles.took advantage of her not knowing about vehicles talked her into $1100 worth of work Some I felt was not needed like complete transmission flush and kit, the belts, front brakes, and radiator flush. Charles Burd, Leson Chevrolet employee of the month for sneaky tactics. This is my 22nd truck I bought from y'all. Not the way to treat a customer.

  Loved working here so much in the detailing department but the manager Donald is so wrong and mean he literally was such a female more than i was he fired me and when i asked why he stated that "hes not about to get out of character with me" and i was like so i cant even know why and it was so funny becuase the dude he hired to replace me that was post to start the next day failed the drug test . he claimed on my pink sheet I took ONE hour of overtime but yet another dude that worked with us got an 8 hours overtime and he still was working there after i left they really are a good company but the manager in the detailing department needs to go

  This dealership is ran with complete chaos. Worst experience I have ever had. The orginal sales guy who worked with us left when we had an appointment scheduled to get everything squared away. We were referred to another salesman who was helpful but let us know he felt awkward to be thrown in toward the end of the sale. The sales manager was rude and uncompromising. Moreover, the finance manager had the incorrect information and wrong person on paperwork and did not verify information with us before handing off paperwork to salesman. EVERYTHING WAS PURE CHAOS! Please do not give these people your money and time

  Pleasurable Buying Experience My Sister was in the need for a new vehicle & we went to a Kia Dealer across the street & had a bad experience (terrible) dealership & worse salesman I've ever dealt with. So we decided to visit Leson Chevrolet. We were greeted by Tony Lewis. Tony spent about 3 hours working with us to get my sister into a vehicle. He gave us a few a options & let my sister test drive a few of them. It was late and the dealership was getting ready to close so we decided we would return later. We returned and Tony gave us a few more options. After reviewing them & test driving another vehicle, my sister decided to purchase this vehicle (2018 Chevy Spark). Tony got her in this new vehicle for a price less than the price of the pre owned certified car we first looked at. Tony really went out of way to get my sister into a new vehicle. He was one of the best salesman I have dealt with. He was in no hurry or put no pressure on us to purchase a vehicle. He went out of his way to work with us, looked at all the options available for us, and spent hours with us trying to find the right vehicle at a price she could afford. My sister loves her new 2018 Chevy Spark & all the options it has in it. She even gave it a name. She calls her new car "Sparky". Leson is lucky to have Tony as a sales person. He is dedicated, respectable, courteous, professional & will spend as much time as needed to meet your needs. I would highly recommend Leson Chevrolet & Tony Lewis to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. It was also nice to see Ronnie Constant back at Leson Chevrolet.

  We need a negative star opinion. That is exactly what they deserve. People please don’t buy anything from them. The customer service is horrible once the paperwork is signed. I purchased a brand new 2017. I immediately started having problems with the car within days of having it. Brought the car back several times they said they fixed it, this was for the same problems. The car started cutting of again I brought it back they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. The car radio still cuts off, sadly I have learned to live with it. So recently I have been hearing this rattling sound like somethings wrong with my wheels and a swishing sound coming from under my hood. Well I have been calling them sense last week still nothing done no one even returned my phone calls. It’s like no one there has any customer service skills. I understand some people my not like their jobs but they could at least Fake It Till You Make It, wait till you get off and the go back to not having people skills. Keep them coming back for good services and reasons. I am at a lost, this is one of the worst things that can happen to a hard working American family. To buy a brand new car that doesn’t work like a brand new car. We have 5 kids, sick wife always in and out of the hospital and a husband that works 12 hour shift work. Update 2/28/2018..... finally got my car in to get serviced again they had it for over a week they said my lights weren’t sealed which caused water to get in and still couldn’t fix my radio. They called me to pick up my car and before I pulled out of the lot I immediately noticed my car was still not fixed. Had the shop manager look at my car he said it ran and sounds fine to him I told him drive another Malibu, well when he did he gave me a look like he wanted to apologize but did no such thing. Well they had to keep my car another week. The shocks were bad.. brand new car my ASS....
