  So now I can officially say I have found the best pho on the country! From California to New York, the absolute best flavor. Rich and wonderful! Makes you happy just eating a bowl!

  I enjoyed their beef phó. It was flavorful (no msg) and filling. Noodles done just right. Also had a side of poached egg in chicken broth. Egg yolk was soft (yum) and their broth was incredibly savory. Will try their chicken phó with my next visit. Fresh coconut juice was delicious, and took home the coconut to eat the 'meat' later. I really like this place and will definitely go back.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I ate here one day for lunch, and we ordered the Basil Shrimp noodles. One of the shrimp was under cooked and we brought it to the attention of the chef. We had already started eating so we just removed the under cooked shrimp from the dish and finished the meal. We left the restaurant not really thinking much of it. Several weeks later, we went back to Les Baget for lunch again. We ordered our meal and sat down to eat. Out of nowhere, the manager came up to the table with cash in her hand. She said that they remembered us from our previous visit, apologized for the under cooked shrimp, and gave us a full refund for both our current lunch as well as the previous one that contained the under cooked food. They take their customer service so seriously and they went the extra mile to ensure that we had a great experience. (Not to mention, the food is outstanding and always delicious) More restaurants and companies should be like this! We will be customers for life!

  This place is delicious! The boyfriend and I got the Basil Beef Spring Rolls, Lemongrass Grilled Bone Marrow (Served w/ Buttered Pate Baguette), and lemongrass Grilled Pork with Jasmine Buttered Rice. Basil Beef Spring Roll: I'm usually not a big fan of Vietnamese spring rolls (because I love my stuff fried), but this was delicious. My main criticism is that there wasn't enough beef in the rolls themselves. Lemongrass Grilled Bone Marrow: Delicious. Everything was flavored well and the pate was not too strong. Lemongrass Grill Pork w/ Rice: Super delicious. I highly recommend this dish. They give you an ample amount of meat, which I feel is sometimes lacking at other restaurants; and for my boyfriend who never seems to have enough rice, they supplied us with more than a sufficient amount of rice to eat the entire meal. We'll definitely be coming back here!
