  Going out of business. Some chairs I looked at had broken parts. Some of them had scratches and loose legs. I think the good stuff is long gone. They try hard to sell you 4 chairs for $300 but don't take it. For a "going-out-of-business" store every chair is 4 wooden sticks with some fabric. They will try to win the argument by saying oh we're not going out of business we're just moving to another location. Don't fall for that. Look around you and you'll see huge posters saying GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.
