  I got my eyes examined there, and Dr. Jones and Dr. Won are super nice and knowledgeable. I love my contacts and my glasses. They helped with my insurance benefits and explained everything to very thoroughly on the phone. They take most medical and vision plans. I will be back for sunglasses!

  I'd like to save you time. They do not take Emblem Health. They said this to me when they took my insurance info. Lost my lunch break because they told me they did. They didn't ask any questions beyond which health care provider I use when I spoke with them on the phone. I set up appt, And when I got there everything seemed ok, but then they break the news to me like... Really??? You couldn't let me know on the phone? Who trains these employees? You can find the doctor playing on his phone while his staff is struggling to perform basic tasks. I wanted to ask, but he seemed busy. Don't waste your time here. I'm upset that I lost time in my day because of a companys failure to train.

  I do not know what time of day people are going to give this location a bad review. I have always had a pleasant experience at the Yonkers, Macy's location. Thank you to Supervisor Loyris for her honesty and diligence, she made an innocent mistake with my glasses. There was no fuss or fight she acknowledged and apologized for the accident, quickly finfing a solution and rectified the problem. Always pleasant and smiling when I need to visit LensCrafters in Yonkers. Thank you again to Loyris and Daniel for such great customer service! I truly appreciate all of your hard work and dedication in handling my issue.

  I'm was not sure where to leave a review but i hope it get to head quarters or the manager of this store. I am writing this short email to express that i walked out the store a very happy customer. Jenine i hope this is how you spell her name, she was the only one their in the store when i got there in the morning. She was super busy but also super nice and professional to everyone there. Her customer service is exceptional and she acknowledged and answer everyone's questions. When it was my turn for her to help me i had a lot of questions and she answered all of them and not once looked bothered. She was super nice and professional and she's the reason why i love coming to this specific location. Her worked needs to be acknowledge. She is awesome!!.
