    I’m giving this 3 stars only because Dr. Lee was wonderful with me and my children. However, the staff needs work. First, they took my blood pressure, didn’t give me the results but I could see the screen and it read 199/98! I asked her what the reading was and she tells me the number, then says the doctor will tell me if this result is ok. I’m a nurse, I know this result is NOT OK. I explain to the girl that number is extremely high, not safe and I don’t believe it is my actual reading. She retakes it and it’s right in normal range. If staff is going to be required to take blood pressures, they should have a fair idea what is normal, high and just off the charts. Next, I spent 1.5 hours with this same girl ordering a pair of glasses that I was very excited to pick up. I was told it would take 2 weeks for the lenses to be ready. My credit card was charged just over $600 (I know, expensive but I liked them). The day before pick up I get a text saying they are delayed. The day of pickup I get a call from this same girl saying the frames are out of stock. But it is not LenCrafters fault for the delay because the lab just told them they couldn’t get the frames. So you charged my card and wait 2 weeks to tell me you don’t have them? I don’t like that kind of business. I decide to cancel the order because I don’t want to go through another 1.5 hours of ordering and she tells me quickly and with attitude that I need to come in to the store to do so. I had another incident with another staff member prior to this one, but I think he was new and figuring out the job and will not go into that. Now I’m bummed because I really did like Dr. Lee. She was great with my soon who freaked out when he learned he needed glasses. I’m not sure I want to go back after this aggravation.

    The frame of my glasses had been loose for quite a while, which was pretty annoying. I came here with a very low expectation because I bought the glasses from Costco, and it's been over a year, and I was only hoping I could get a new pair of frame within a kinda reasonable price, but not had to buy a brand new one. So I was kinda nervous when I got into the store. Reasonable, right? But it turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant experience there. The assistant helped me warmly and fix the problem really quickly. And I was taken a tour in the store while I'm waiting. Trust me, I would spend more time there if I wasn't to go for a meeting later. So within just a few minutes, the glasses was brought to me as like how they were the first day I put them on. Warming up the frame a little bit and tightening the screws, that was what the assistant told me, sounds simple, but impressive enough to me. And he (Jose probably, on his name tag) charged me nothing. It probably was just how it should be, but the service here is just awesome to me. And they solve the problem! The people here deserve a high compromise. And for any of who has been suffering a problem with their glasses or looking for a new pair of glasses, I would always recommend coming here.

    I can’t say enough about the doctor here. She’s extremely friendly, thorough, and educating, yet was able to get me out and on with my day quickly. I’ve always hated the 1 or 2 part of eye exams because they always looked the same. Dr. Lee was able to get my exam done without that since they do digital exams, she was even able to show me how I would see through my new glasses vs my current ones. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her!

    If I could give no stars I would. It's been over a week and still waiting on glasses, mind you at the time they took my money I was promised a week's time for completion. Called in on Monday and was told Tuesday or Wednesday. Call in Wednesday to see if glasses are in so I can pick them up and to my surprise still no glasses. Now it's they're on hold but no reason why? They're not sure as to why and didn't try to find out why? So now it's maybe Friday at this point I just want my money back but of course I have to wait until they receive them, whenever that is. Guess I should've went somewhere else and maybe I would be able to see. Tia the young lady whom helped me may need to take her profession a little more serious. Never will I shop LensCrafters at Roosevelt collection again.
