  Ordered a Hot Italian with bacon, it was perfect. Brought it home, put Swiss and little drops of ranch on it, and airfry baked it and I hereby nominate this sandwich for Best of 2023.Awesome.Just awesome. Smh.Wow.With every bite,I couldn't believe how good this was.And ....stop.Already ate half the sandwich...😁

  Food is always good and made how u want it.. short waits and staff is always nice and decent.. thus the only Lennys Location I go to

  I ordered 2 American Subs . And I told them to make sure the bread was soft when I placed the order online .. and when I got home to eat the bread was hard as a rock ! I was NOT satisfied!

  Always clean and professional when I go. I have no complaints hardly just wish on the app we could choose which type of bread we want to use instead of always getting white bread but I'm pretty sure the staff have no control over the app.

  I try to be patient. I understand that restaurants are going to be busy during lunch. I get that the staff can be overwhelmed by a room full of hungry people. I understand that I am no more or no less important than the other customers. I appreciate the great attitudes of the staff at Lenny's and their willingness to help. That being said, my order was given to the WRONG PERSON and I did not have time to wait for my order to be remade so I had to go back to work HUNGRY. I understand that people get busy but it would have taken a second or two to look at a receipt and verify that the correct food went to the correct customer.
