  Working with Keith and Corey, of Lenger Financial, has been a great and positive experience. Both Keith and Corey make themselves extremely available to provide information and answer any questions. At my asking, Keith provided me with two reputable references, in order to become more comfortable with working with Lenger Financial. I would agree with one of the references and say that whatever Keith says, happens. His word is solid. There was an issue with titling and we thought we would end up getting some money back, that didn't happen, but Keith covered the difference, and the for sale price remained the same. So far, my property with Keith has the most positive cash flow. I look forward to working with Keith again and purchasing more properties. In addition, when it is time to sell, I know Keith and Corey can advise me to sell and use the proceeds purchase a different property, an experience highlighted by the second reference.
