  I have been with the company for less than a year and I am very happy here. While not everything is 100% perfect, I can honestly say that I have never worked in an environment in which management was so committed to finding facets of the business that need improvement and then they actually moved forward and fix it. LEI is not an organization that will ever tell you "Well that's how we have always done things." We aren't stuck in place and there is tangible commitment to raise the bar and improve as individuals and as a company.

  Half Rate Company with an office full of incompetent over paid morons that know nothing about the industry, an incompetent owner, (which is desperately trying to make up for a father that was never there by making a company like daddies so very much like a child playing with blocks) and staff that works in a stoned daz then has to rush to finish a job. Surprised if any project they work on doesn't go up in an electrical fire. LEI or Looser Electric Industrial companies.
