::New Owners and Staff AMAZING! The food was so good. Great price and large portions. It was all cozy and inviting. Felt like we were in a small town diner! Owners were working also, not just present. We can't wait to go back! Best breakfast in town! Will be trying lunch next!

::When I was a young boy, my dad used to take me to this restaurant back when it was called Duncan's. The food was amazing then and it is certainly amazing now. It just makes me happy to be there and sit in the booths like I did when I was a kid, and my dad would be there having lunch with his business associates. The ownership has changed, but the staff are still as hard-working and pleasant as I remember. The name "Legends" is very fitting as many legendary Council Bluffs residents have passed through those wooden doors, my dad being one of them. This will always be a special place for me.

::Cozy little mom and pop breakfast place nestled in downtown CB. Staff was friendly & attentive - did not know they closed at noon on Saturdays (our bad!) But they never once hollered at us or rushed us. We started to notice the lack of folks in the restaurant & when we asked when they closed felt awful for just taking our time - so promptly paid the bill & skedaddled so the staff could get home! Prices are reasonable. The cinnamon rolls are GIANT! And that's not an overstatement. They are seriously bigger than any human head & delicious as can be! Highly recommend supporting this little breakfast spot in CB if you're in the area!

::Time is one of the only things we cant manage to control in life After 2 hours of waiting for food we left and went to juventino's Got our food within one minute! I do not have time on this earth to waist on a place that can't get right...even if it's just on Mondays

::Go here for the small town vibes and coziness. Small location with a HUGE menu full of delicious filling hearty breakfast options! The servings are HUGE and the service was great!
