  Working with Mike McCoy and his mortgage origination team at Legacy Mutual Mortgage was a great experience for a first time home buyer. They were able to close our loan within 21 days, and every interaction we had with Mike and his team was great. We found their rates & closing costs comparable with other major online mortgage companies but the comfort of being able to reach a real person immediately either in person or on the phone to be priceless.
