Very professional and so helpful. It is always busy. Plan accordingly. Appointment should arrive 30 minutes early. You may see a lot of people waiting. Have found with appointment my waits time are small our never the longest more then 30 minutes.

Saved my life. Terrific information on how to get medical insurance and assistance. Invaluable!! Very competent ataff. Parking is absolutely the worst. I always have to park 3 blocks away.

The doctors are fantastic. The two stars that I posted are not for the doctor's or the staff it is for the system. You cannot get a refill without spending at least 4 hours on the phone. If you call on the phone you get a prompt which leads you to another prompt which leads you to another prompt and then it tells you that you cannot get ahold of anyone in the clinic after you have already waited an hour on the phone to reach no one. They have open their door up to the masses and they just can't handle the patients. Try calling them if you need your blood pressure to go up!

The staff and premises and great. Very well organized with little wait time. I have actually been seen when my appointment time rolled around! I didn't have to wait.

Went there to get treatment (just in case) because a partner was tested positive for an STD despite I was tested negative . Was trying to be safe and also to avoid reinfection in case one test wasn't accurate. Was off work one day and all i had to do was one test, or talk to a doc for the antibiotics. They initially told me they would try to just give me the treatment like they used to. But they finally said they had no open slots and couldn't help me . They told me to take a day off work to come Monday morning instead. Now I have to go get tested again, wait a few days for results and then get medicine if necessary. So much for trying to be a good considerate and safe partner . That's stupid.
