  I have worked with Rick on 3 occasions and have nothing but good things to say about him and Lee Perla. They have a great selection of Rolex's and always have time to show pieces to customers and educate them on the models.

  Wow, is this 7-eleven or a high-end store? I called this place yesterday asking for the specific a model of Rolex watch. I was told by the salesperson that they didn't have it in stock. I asked the gentlemen if they could take my name and phone number and notify me when they possibly have it. The response was very unprofessional, the salesperson told me that they already have a list and they don't take any additional names. Come on, guys, I'm not asking you to lend me money or give me your kidney. You don't have to be rude and I'm honestly not asking for a free watch. Just write my name and number down. Or maybe you don’t need customers who can spend $$$$$ on expensive items. You don't have to even call me in the future, just pretend to be polite. I definitely didn’t expect to be treated in such fashion by the authorized high end brand watch retailer. I'm wondering if their brand vendors like Rolex know how unprofessional the sales team is and that it gets engaged in such questionable service or a lack of thereof techniques. Definitely a huge training opportunity.

  Excellent service (thanks Rick), very nice collection. Even went in there with my own watch and got it adjusted free of charge. Will definitely be back.

  Dishonest!!!! Stay Away!!! There are many other Authorized Stores to chose from. Do not give buy from Lee Perla!!!
