In addition, they start as early as 7:00 am and if the weekdays don't work for you, you can always go on Saturday (offered once a month). 2. Communication: The entire team is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. 3. Warm & welcoming: You are not seen as $$$, everyone is genuinely warm & welcoming. 4. Clean & organized: From the reception to the bathrooms, hygiene is a top priority for this office. Staff are very particular about maintaining the treatment rooms in tip top shape. 5. Good credentials: Having been in practice for almost three decades, Dr. Lee has a long-list of prestigious accomplishments. Most importantly, he was voted "Best" Dentist in America by his peers. He is basically the equivalent of a four-star general of dentistry! All of his colleagues Dr. Oh, Kwon and Kirsten Lee (daughter) have impressive credentials and a proven track records. 6. Up-to-date techniques and state-of-the art equipment: Dentistry is an ever-changing field. You can be assured that Arlington Dental Aesthetics takes investment in techniques and equipment very seriously. 7. Value of service: Having been in practice for almost three decades gives certain advantages that could reduce the two most important value points - service costs and service time. 8. Explanations: Dentists should always give a good explanation of each procedure, why it needs to be done, what it will cost and how much of that will be covered by your insurance.   For me, the front office is the mainstay of this organization. The office managers and staff run a very tight ship. The women are focused, organized, and light-hearted, making what might be a stressful experience into an informative and cheerful salon. What a productive front line! I applaud the hygienists, as well. I adore the tips on how to improve my gum health and the proactive nature of the advice. They educate while doing their jobs, and that means everything to me.

  Best cleanings ever. Never painful or uncomfortable as I have previously experienced at other dental offices. I don't have insurance and they worked with me in out of pocket costs. They are good at sending reminders in advance. Everyone is super nice. Highly recommend them.

  My family and I have been going to this dentistry for years and they are the absolute best! Everyone on staff is so caring and nice and make the not so enjoyable experience of going to the dentist very enjoyable. Their customer service is amazing and the receptionists, Maria and Trisha, are always so kind and fun to talk to!

  My experience at this dentistry is very good. I enjoy coming in to get my teeth cleaned; the workers are kind and extremely courteous. Dr. Oh takes his time with patients and it made my overall experience enjoyable. I had braces for 3 years, but my teeth are all straight now and I had very few complications. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone who is unhappy with their current care and needs an orthodontist or new dentist.
