  I don’t typically write reviews, but I will when it’s something I believe in. For years I attempted to work with our insurance provider through their 1-800 number direct line and their affiliated 1-800 associated agents. This typically resulted in a frustrating experience getting basic policy and billing questions addressed. Additionally, I often found these exchanges resulting in a run around experience, typically combined with upselling tactics. I now realize this was because I didn’t have an agent acting on our behalf. Enter Luis Leal. Luis worked hard to bridge the gap between our needs and our provider’s offerings.
