By far the best bakery in omaha. The staff is very friendly and are good at what they go. 2 of my favorites- the house made honey Dijon vinaigrette on the roasted cauliflower sandwich and the green onion cream cheese on the ham and egg breakfast croissant. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We get bread from these guys for our restaurant. Very consistent and able to deliver 6 days a week. Good quality bread at an affordable rate. Their retail side is nice too. Multiple locations in Omaha and Lincoln. Seth is great to deal with and always looking to keep his customers happy.

The food is delicious! We had breakfast sandwiches. The croissant and all ingredients are fresh and taste amazing. The service was also great such nice people. Highly recommend!

I enjoy the baked goods and breads here, and used to make a point to stop here on my way to work a few times a month. However, the last few times I have gone, they have not been "open", despite it being past their posted open time with all lights on and staff walking through the kitchen and counter area. I would say that this has been the case at least 5 times. Today I sat outside in my car, thinking they may have just been running behind, or forgot to switch the sign from closed to open, but after waiting for 10 minutes and trying the door, it was still closed and was well past their open time. They should consider changing the time so people don't waste their own time stopping here to be disappointed. The food is fine, but the service has disappointed me more than enough that I probably won't bother to try this place anymore.

Incredible pastries and baked goods! The almond croissants are the best in town. Some of our other favorites include the chocolate croissant, pecan roll, raspberry cheese danish, and the cinnamon roll. Their sourdough bread is excellent. I haven't tried the quiches yet, but that gives me a great excuse to make another morning visit. Grabbing a box of these pastries early on a Saturday morning has to be one of the best ways to start a weekend!
