  Extremely rude customer service! I love Le Creuset products, but I would strongly advise NOT to buy the products at this particular location. I am generally a positive person, and go out of my way to find positive things to say. This is the first 1-star review I've ever given, the customer service was that bad.

  Excellent sales associate, on a cold snow storm, offered us hot chocolate, entertained my children while I shopped a great selection of items at 50% off! Will definitely be a regular

  ​I went to the store and purchased a couple of pans with covers. One of which was a frying pan. I indicated to the store staff which pan I wanted by holding it up. Got home, and discovered I was sold the wrong pan- shallow instead of deep. OK. So I call-I don't live nearby, and with Boston traffic the store is not easy to get to, and I am disappointed. Right away I can tell this is not going to be easy. Barbara, the one who sold me the pan blames me, but will have her manager Richard call the next day. Next day- no call. So I call. Richard gives me the run around, again blaming me, but says I should come by and talk, and confirms that he will be there the following day. I go next day (drag 4 kids with me) and guess what- he is not there, and more of the blame game from Barbara. What a mess. What a shame. Such nice cookware, but a store run by individuals with little regard for honesty or responsibility. Exactly why amazon is taking over retail. Buyer Beware.
