  Superb intimate tasting vegetable centred cuisine. Late Winter/Early Spring vegetables (many are grown by the Chef in a community garden in LBC). Everything was amazing. My favorites were the Vegetables and fruit plate--so many different tastes and flavors. Also bought the Pork Belly supplement ($20), which substituted for the 7th course. Don't usually get the wine flight with tasting menus at other places, but the quantity and price was perfect and the wines were personally chosen by the Chef. The only thing missing was organic milk for the coffee. I know they wanted a pure taste and it was unlike any coffee I've ever tasted, but there's a theory that "fat carries the flavor" so don't worry about that!

  One of the better tasting menus I've had. If you're open to primarily vegetable based meals, make this a priority.

  What a special experience! You can literally taste the care that was put into preparation with each bite of food here. Each dish is simultaneously simple and complex; wholesome and luxurious. I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and while it's too pricey to be a "regular" experience, I very much hope to come back again at some point in the future.

  Excellent and innovative meal. The fruit and vegetable plate and the wine pairing were highlights for me.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our meal tonight, would come again when we're in LA next if there's space.
