  Extremely overpriced. No customer service at all. There were two staff members sitting behind the computers when we were in the store and no other customers. They didn't even bother to welcome or greet us, didn't help at all and simply ignored us.

  I loved my experience at lazzoni paramus showroom. I had a lovely lady help furnish my whole house. I love there products!!! She's an amazing designer and the showroom has such amazing customer service from A-Z

  Bought Bed and dresser and disappointed with overall the experience. The delivery got delayed and had to pay extra for the delivery. The product is good but service is bad I would not recommend to anyone.
